Coming to Solomon from abroad (South Korea) on my senior year was definitly a great decision for me, as the result were astonishing for me. I was located at Solomon's affiliate e Benefit Solution as an supportive intern handling advertising, marketing, and conducting projects. This unfamiliar place was where I could dedicate my ability and learn solution based tasks. Simply, a place where versatility skills are needed. Most of all the atmosphere of this office gave me the requirement that I all needed to perform my skills. While carrying out my work at e Benefit Solution, I have achieve various knowledge about practical and professional, and technical facts concerning insurance. My intern at this place will hopefully shape my vision to a successful career .

An internship is defined as “any period of time during which a beginner acquires experience in an occupation, profession, or pursuit.” A mere deliberation of trying something new and starting my internship with Solomon Insurance is now transitively leading me to my prosperity. Without a doubt this internship is an essential assessment to my prospective career. Not only do I believe this internship displays integrity on my resume; but it as well displays the acquisitions of life experience I have acquired from this eminent internship experience.
Knowledge on insurance may be taught to and by anyone but knowledge on life and its’ experience can be taught and learned by only so many. My internship with Solomon Insurance has taught me boundless information that I can apply to my daily life. I have acquired a vast knowledge of not only insurance but also on life that no money can buy.
Everyday I learn something new at Solomon. I always think to myself how great of an experience I have grasped when I had the chance to. I am thankful to everyone at Solomon Insurance for all that they have done. I am curious for what is to come tomorrow and I will always be ready for it because I am just that confident. Bring it on.

Coming into the insurance industry with absolutely no previous background or experience in the area, I expected my first few days to be quite intimidating. It turned out to be exactly how I expected, from day 1, I was bombarded with hundreds of new terms and acronyms essential to the business of insurance. My first few days should have been hellish, but my experience really highlighted the fact that Solomon agency places a premium on the character and personality of the employees they hire. Any person I went to asking for help immediately dropped what they were doing to assist the “new guy”. The working atmosphere here isn’t one where you feel like someone is constantly standing behind you evaluating your performance, but much more relaxed and upbeat (something I had never associated with the insurance industry prior to my experience here). This laid back atmosphere does not mean that people do not do their work. In fact, I’ve never seen more hardworking people at any of my previous jobs/internships. It seems people here actually enjoy being here and throw themselves into their work with a dedication and determination that has definitely played a significant role in the evolution of this company. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Solomon Insurance Agency, and was enriched by both the knowledge I gained of the industry, and the strong relationships I forged with my fellow office workers.
