Employee benefit plan is an agreement to provide various benefit insurance (health, dental, vision, long-term care, long-term disability income and etc), made with an employer that covers a group of persons identified by their relation to the group. Qulified group members may include employees, owners, partners, corporate officers and independent contractors.


Health Insurance covers medical expenses incurred from doctor visit, medical examination and treatment, hospital in-patient, surgery, home health care, and so on.


Dental Insurance covers a portion of expenses incurred from various dental treatments. Covered amount is based on type of treatment.

Vision Insurance cover a portion of expenses incurred from eye examination and hard-ware (lenses and frames). In general, insurance company reimburses a specific amount incurred during a specific period of time.


Long-term Care Insurance covers expenses such as nursing home and home health care incurred while the insured is disabled.
